Hey team!

Winter Camp
We are a week away from our annual winter retreat at Sky Ranch, woo! This year our camp theme will be Psalms! Throughout the weekend our sermons and worship will reflect the different themes of the Psalms. Be praying for our students. For safety driving to Sky Ranch, for attentiveness during sermons (open hearts and open minds), pray that new friendships will be built and that they look out for people, pray that the Spirit will refresh them and that the students will be excited and ready to serve their college campuses. We don't want money to ever be the reason why students don't come to camp so please be praying for our Richland students! 

New Decade

We are now 9 days into the new year. Hopefully you are still going strong in all of your New Year's Resolutions! If you're so over all the new decade jokes and comments I'm sorry but NOT because I have been reflecting some on the new decade. Ten years ago I was a lost freshman at UNT looking for love and approval in all the wrong people and places. I was broken, selfish, and I was always looking for people to imitate or to impress I was exhausted! Ten years ago in the spring, I met people who loved Jesus and loved me! Because they loved me, I have met some of my closest friends, I led cores, now I get to do campus ministry, what the heck?! I'm so thankful for the last decade and how good the Lord has been to me! If you haven't done so already I encourage you to take some time to reflect on how you've seen God at work in the past 10 years. I would love to hear your reflections!

Thank you for all your prayers and support my friends! The winter break was very restful for me and I'm so ready to start school back up and be back with the kiddos. Enjoy the pictures! :)
